1.2. Ideal West Residence SRL, RO44235173 (hereinafter referred to as “Ideal West Residence”), is the management company responsible for the hotel operations at 34 Gheorghieni Street, Bucharest. The hotel operations are publicly branded and presented as “DEC Apartments.”

1.3. Any person using this website declares that they have read the contents of these terms and conditions and agree without exception to all the terms, instructions, and conditions contained herein. Neither the user nor anyone acting on their behalf shall make any claims or demands, directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or its owners and/or managers, and/or any person acting on behalf of DEC Apartments or Ideal West Residence.

1.4. The user acknowledges that the information displayed on the website and/or any part thereof is the exclusive property of DEC Apartments. DEC Apartments holds the copyright to the information and undertakes to use the information on the website exclusively for its personal use. The website user undertakes not to copy, print, or publish the information or any part thereof appearing on the website, whether owned by DEC Apartments or third parties, for any person and/or entity without the prior written consent of the General Manager of DEC Apartments.

1.5. The website user undertakes not to distort or modify the information provided on the website and not to take any action that may negatively affect the accuracy of the information and/or the credibility and/or the status and/or the reputation of DEC Apartments and/or any other entity as the copyright owner of such information.

2. RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. The website user hereby declares that they are aware that the use of the website involves numerous risks, both due to the technology involved and due to the various parties acting through the internet.

2.2. The website user is solely and entirely responsible for any use they make and/or will make of the information.

2.3. The information is intended for the user’s personal use only, and the use thereof, including any reliance thereon, is the user’s sole responsibility. The user acknowledges that the images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only and that there may be differences in their appearance on the computer screen and their actual appearance.

2.4. The information is displayed on the website “as is,” and DEC Apartments is not responsible for adapting the information to the user’s requirements in case the user cannot use the information for any reason. The user shall be solely responsible for how they use the information.

DEC Apartments makes every effort to ensure that the information is correct and accurate, but the information does not claim to be a complete, comprehensive, or detailed analysis of all the subjects mentioned therein. The information is only general, incomplete, and derived. DEC Apartments does not assume responsibility for errors in the information displayed on the website, whether by DEC Apartments or third parties.

DEC Apartments shall not be liable for any damage, discomfort, loss, expense, or mental suffering that may be caused to the user or their property (including the user’s hardware and/or software) or any third party, directly or indirectly, as a result of accessing the website and using its content.

2.7. DEC Apartments assumes no responsibility for any illegal activity by any user of the website or any other entity not under the control of DEC Apartments.

2.8. DEC Apartments assumes no responsibility for any changes made to the information by the user and/or any third party.

3. RESERVATIONS

3.1. General

3.1.1. The user is authorized to use this website exclusively for the purpose of ordering and purchasing services and/or receiving information. This website cannot be used for any other purpose.

3.1.2. Reservations can be made by phone at +40 753 103 104 or through our online booking platform: dec-apartments.pynbooking.direct.

3.1.3. Anyone reserving an apartment on dec-apartments.pynbooking.direct is required to provide their personal information, including their identity card or passport details, credit card number, and details of all other guests in their group.

3.1.4. All bookings made on dec-apartments.pynbooking.direct are mandatory.

3.2. Details about the Service Buyer

3.2.1. When making a reservation, as described below, the user will be asked to provide their personal details through the system.

3.2.2. DEC Apartments, the website owners and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or administrators and/or the Pyn Booking platform and/or anyone acting on their behalf are not responsible for any errors made by the user in entering purchase details, including errors in choosing accommodation, date, number of beds, and any other service that may be ordered by the user through the website, nor are they responsible in any way, directly or indirectly, if the purchase details are not recorded in the system and/or for any technical and/or other issues preventing the user from purchasing services through the Pyn Booking platform.

3.2.3. The user acknowledges that when providing purchase details, they will be included in the DEC Apartments and Pyn Booking databases. DEC Apartments and Pyn Booking have the right to use purchase details to improve the services offered to the website user and to contact the user by mail, email, and any other method of communication.

3.3. Booking Method

3.3.1. The user will provide the necessary details for the reservation on dec-apartments.pynbooking.direct.

3.3.2. When providing the necessary details for the reservation, the user will be required to provide credit card details to secure the reservation.

3.3.3. Payment will be made in full at the time of booking.

4. TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS

4.1. The prices published on the website are in Lei or Euro and are valid for all tourists.

4.1.1. All prices include VAT and the city tax as required by law.

4.2. DEC Apartments may change the apartment reservation terms and/or packages and/or services at any time.

4.3. DEC Apartments may change the website terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to the user. DEC Apartments will publish the new terms and conditions on the website, and they will come into effect upon publication.

4.4. DEC Apartments may close the website and may modify, from time to time, its structure, content, and/or appearance, as well as the scope and availability of the services and content provided on the website, as well as any other aspect related to the website and its operation, all without prior notice to the user. The user declares that they will not make any complaints and/or claims and/or demands against DEC Apartments in this regard.

4.5. The number of available apartments is limited, and all reservations are subject to availability.

4.6. Two discounts or special offers cannot be used together.

4.7. Room check-in and check-out:

4.7.1. Self check-in: after 3:00 PM (you will receive the access code by email through the Dec Apartments Guest App).

4.7.2. Check-out: before 12:00 PM.

4.7.3. Early check-in or late check-out will only be accepted with a formal confirmation provided by DEC Apartments.

4.8. Infants and children:

4.8.1. Definitions: “Infant” – up to 4 years of age or equivalent. A “Child” from 4 years of age will be charged as an adult.

4.9. These conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Romania. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any issue related to these conditions and the use of the website is the competent court in Bucharest, Romania.

4.10. The user is aware that the use of the website may be subject to technical malfunctions and issues due to its nature.

5. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

Regular season and public holidays (including Easter, Christmas, New Year, etc.) and special events:

5.1. No fee is charged if the reservation is canceled 15 days before arrival. If the reservation has not been modified or canceled at least 15 days before the arrival date, the provided card will be charged – the reservation is thus confirmed and becomes non-refundable.

5.2. The total amount of the stay is paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is made securely online with a credit card. If the reservation is canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price for the reservation will be collected.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1. Access for children is only allowed when accompanied by adults, either parents (legal representatives) or other adults with the consent of parents/legal representatives.

6.2. Pets are not allowed in DEC Apartments.

6.3. Extra beds are subject to additional charges.

6.4. Parties/events are not allowed.

6.5. Cleaning service is provided before check-in and after check-out. In-stay cleaning service is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee.

6.6. Additional guests beyond the number indicated in the original reservation are not allowed.

6.7. Smoking is prohibited in DEC Apartments’ apartments, except in designated areas.

6.8. Open flames are not allowed.

6.9. DEC Apartments does not provide guarantees for personal belongings or compensation in case of damage or theft.

6.10. In the event of regulatory decisions limiting the activity of DEC Apartments, guests will be notified 5 days in advance. Guests will have the option to reschedule their arrival or cancel it. If a reservation has been prepaid, the total amount paid will be refunded.

6.11. The images presented are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the rooms.

6.12. Any visitor referring to a guest or a guest’s visitor, supplier, employee, or anyone else is subject to DEC Apartments’ policy and may be required to present an official identification provided by the state and contact details (phone number, email) upon entry or exit from the building.

7. CONSERVATION OF APARTMENTS

7.1. The user undertakes, on their own behalf and on behalf of the other guests accompanying them, not to intentionally and/or negligently cause any damage to the apartments and the equipment in the apartments, including all objects therein.

7.2. The user confirms that, in the event of any damage, they may be charged the full amount of the damage.
